National Distribution wants to pilot the LocalLens product as our first fee-based SaaS offering to stations, using it to establish a broader strategy to successfully engage our station partners around future OTT/SaaS sales.  These costs were included in the acquisition economics.

LAist will develop an internal AI-powered tool to track the decisions made by the L.A. City Council. The tracker will allow us to help voters better follow what officials accomplish — or fail to act on — after they’re elected.
